    • Oversees all phases of the survey lifecycle including sample design, survey instrument design, data collection procedures and operations, estimation of statistical outputs, and dissemination.
    • Develops project plans, milestones, monitors project progress, and resolves operational and data quality problems.
    • Directs project teams that consist of professional, technical, and contractor staff.
