As a Supervisory Support Services Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-14 in the Federal Service. In addition, applicants must demonstrate specialized experience in all of the following:
1) Experience leading office space relocations or renovations for large scale GSA Prospectus level projects. Responsibilities must include providing oversight of outfitting of furniture, fixtures and equipment, audio visual and physical security systems.
2) Experience applying knowledge of the principles and practices used in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of buildings.
3) Experience developing and overseeing execution of a relocation or renovation project budget of at least $20 million.
Experience may have been gained as either a federal or private sector senior project manager.
