    The position as Program Analyst is located in the Medical Care Clinical Center (MCCC) the purpose of the of this position is managing the administrative duties and responsibilities associated with service station level activation, policies, and other major contracts provided to patients under MCCC.

    Responsibilities

    The Program Analyst manages the completion of quarterly performance Monitoring reports for the five clinical contracts within the Medical Care Clinical Center (MCCC) and creation and management of all contracts within MCCC that is applicable. This position manages, tracks, formats, edits and ensures completion in a timely matter, all Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for MCCC.

    This position is also the Project Manager for the MCCC and will be responsible for project planning for all approved construction/renovation projects. This position also manages the Equipment Inventory List (EIL) for the department of medicine, receiving delegated authority from the chief to review, manage and submit requests for equipment needs, approved by supervisor, to the clinical products and equipment committees.

    This position bears a share of responsibilities for the efficient administrative operation for MCCC and must maintain confidentiality of materials and/or matters in the office of the director.
