MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an Excepted Service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Supervisor must verify that selected individual occupies a compatible military position. Technicians will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor or wage leader (grade inversion).
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience, education, or training which demonstrates administrative, professional, investigative, or technical work which required the ability to deal effectively with others; to collect, evaluate and organize pertinent facts; and to prepare clear and concise written reports.
GS-12 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must 36 months of specialized experience in B-2 intelligence operations and that demonstrates your ability to provide training, advise on, administer and disseminate intelligence information for military operations in mission areas such as low intensity conflict, homeland defense, Force Protection, counter-terrorism, show-of-force, special operations, alert homeland defense, combat operations, and/or intelligence collection missions; plan, develop and manage work schedules for intelligence activities during all phase of unit operations, including Unit Training Assemblies, Annual Training, and unit deployments; and gain and maintain Global Situational Awareness (GSA) in order to quickly and accurately advise commander/decision-makers on possible enemy courses of action.
Must be a B-2 Intelligence Mission Qualified Training (MQT) graduate.
Must currently possess or have held Officer AFSC 14NX, or Enlisted AFSC 1N0X1 or 1N8X1.
This job does not have a qualification requirement that allows substitution of education for specialized experience.
