The position utilizes specialized knowledge of the clinical and administrative aspects of the program, including the ability to foster transformation, no just production. When the goal is for growth in spirituality and good health, production and performance will always be a natural outcome. People function at their peak when they function out of identity. In this position, the incumbent assists in planning, establishing, and implementing Medical Center policies and procedures.
