    • Utilize a wide range of human resource and classification practices and policies to provide expert advisory and technical services.
    • Evaluate position management in assigned organizations to guide supervisors in improving structure, work distribution, and the use of employee skills.
    • Utilize classification standards to ensure appropriate classification of positions.
    • Verify and assess relevant facts from several sources, examine documentation, ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures, research casework, and make final determination.
