    As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

    • Serve as Chief of the Risk and Project Management Division (PRSSO); encompassing direct oversight of NOAA’s programs and projects; manage enterprise risk program, manage an office with bureau-wide responsibility, an office of extramural program or major office through subordinate supervisors reporting directly to this position to achieve an enhanced risk management culture at NOAA.
    • Plan, evaluate and manage a subordinate staff. Plan and distribute work to be accomplished by subordinates; set and adjust priorities and prepare schedules; give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on work and administrative matters; recommend appointment, and promotion.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior office and agency leadership; advise the PRSSO Director on all work related functions, administrative actions, and decision-support activities.
    • Oversee the revision and approval of long- range plans, goals and objectives. Develop specialized information and plans related to strategic planning of future operations. Manage organizational changes and approve the allocation and distribution of funds in the Organization’s budget.
