Current Economic Development Administration employees serving under a career or career-conditional appointment in the competitive service & CTAP eligibles.
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager and support the implementation of Economic Development Assistance Programs authorized by Congress, including, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Duties include:

To qualify for the GS-14 level:
Applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience need not have been in the federal government. For this position, specialized experience is: Managing programs, projects and/or teams; resolving economic development issues through the implementation of policies and procedures; analyzing community and economic development programs and data; and presenting findings to senior leadership.

CTAP and ICTAP candidates will be eligible if it is determined that they have exceeded the minimum qualifications for the position by attaining at least a rating of 85 out of 100.
