As a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (AUTOMOTIVE), GS-1152-9, you will perform the following duties:
1) Develops, manages and implements daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly operational and maintenance plans for assigned general and special purpose vehicles and a variety of equipment.
2) Performs analysis on a wide range of production indicators to assist in improving productivity or in determining causes of production delays. Develops, manages, and analyzes performance indicators or metrics for specific trends and recommends corrective actions and makes necessary adjustments in production schedules.
3) Manages the registered vehicle fleet for the Stock Record Account Number (SRAN). This position is the RED HORSE POC for all vehicle authorizations and assets between the SRAN and major command (MAJCOM).
4) Performs other duties as assigned.

Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience:
Completion of 2 academic years of education in an accredited college or university will satisfy the requirements for GS-4 positions. Only education in excess of the first 60 semester hours (i.e., beyond the second year) is creditable toward meeting the specialized experience requirement. One full academic year of study (30 semester hours) beyond the second year is equivalent to 6 months of specialized experience for GS-5 positions.
***If serving under an incentive contract, termination of that incentive(s) will occur effective one day prior to your AGR, Permanent Military Technician, or Indefinite Military Technician start date. Temporary Military Technicians will have their incentive terminated if their tour exceeds 179 days in a continuous 12-month period.***
