EMERGENCY ASSIGNMENT: Every FEMA employee has regular and recurring emergency management responsibilities, though not every position requires routine deployment to disaster sites. In this position, you will serve as a Program Analyst for the Mission Support Executive Office.  Typical assignments include the following:

    • Exercising overall responsibility for the formulation, development, administration and execution of headquarters and agency-wide complex management analysis administrative objectives, policies, programs, and projects for FEMA headquarters, field operations, and external customers.

    • Planning, directing, and coordinating a full range of management analysis administrative functions requiring expertise and a broad knowledge of command and control, communications, and agency requirements for internal customers.

    • Developing budget estimates, assessing long-term needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
