    Responsibilities

    • Serves as Financial Management Analyst for the Manpower and Management Analysis Branch, in the Directorate of Resource Management.
    • Responsible for resolving issues and problems of a technical or procedural nature for management analysis activities and manpower management functions.
    • Monitors the development, coordination, evaluation, and implementation of administrative programs for programs directly relate to the optimum functioning of the Directorate.
    • Management improvement objectives for the Government Travel Card Program, Government Purchase Card, Business Process Improvements, and other ERDC management support activities.
    • Implement program procedures for the Government Travel Card Program as Agency Program Coordinator.
    • Develops or guides the development of charts, statistical tables, financial analysis, and other graphic aids designed to reflect "before and after" situations.
    • Review, analyze, and/or participate in discussions involving the managerial aspects of new concepts and practices with potential application to overall goals and mission of the organization.
    • Interprets and evaluates higher headquarters policy changes in order to assess impact on current policies and provide implementing guidance to the organization.
