    • Develops, modifies and/or interprets performance standards. Holds employees responsible for satisfactory completion of work
    • Establishes metrics and analysis systems to ensure actions are timely and reviewed at critical points.
    • Responsible for establishing and maintaining requirements baselines; and planning, directing, and coordinating all information systems technical integration aspects of an evolving multi-year architectural and business system program
    • Defines business system requirements, including systems and software analysis and development, installation; and/or modification of DoD operating systems
    • Applies state of the art technologies to develop engineering solutions to problems or unprecedented threats
    • Performs advanced engineering practices while developing, acquiring, documenting, functionally testing, and fielding information assurance products to customers
