    • You will serve as a technical advisor and consultant responsible for the continued analyses if the programs' effectiveness, efficiency, schedule adherence, and other key parameters for the programs progress and success.
    • You will conduct projects and studies which require analysis of interrelated issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive mission-oriented programs.
    • You will provide major input into the development of policy, plans, budgets, and procedures to implement the efficient and effective operation of ships assigned to the Explosives Resupply Ships Program Office.
    • You will work with the Business Manager and Project Officer to plan budgets and track financial execution.
    • You will monitor and analyze readiness of 16 Combat Logistics Force (CLF) ships operating world-wide and provide the Program Manager with recommendations to maintain or improve readiness of assigned ships.
