    Responsibilities

    As the IT Specialist for the Collaborative Services Support Branch, you will: 

    • Serve as a technical expert for the assigned IT area, involving hardware, software, process, and procedure associated with collaboration systems.
    • Integrate complex information from multiple sources in order to provide the most complete, pertinent and efficient responses to queries.
    • Advise managers, customers and Branch/Division staff on software and/or hardware needs, new technology, and recommends modifications to current software and/or hardware.  
    • Plan the design, implementation, and operation of new and improved information systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations.
    • Represent Branch or Division higher level officials on teams, committees, etc., with a variety of contractors, other government officials, and external customers.
