This position is located in Office of Information Security (OIS), within the (OIT). Responsible for providing oversight, direction and guidance to the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) staff that are responsible for monitoring the cyber security operational status of applications and network systems.

- Performs as Information Technology Specialist as a member of a dynamic team of cybersecurity staff, both government and contract, in the areas of network-based cyber forensics, insider threat evaluation, sensor monitoring, Indicators of Compromise (IOC) analysis, and cyber incident artifact analysis for the Advanced Analytics team.
- Identifies and promotes strategies to incorporate new security technologies in both long and short-term cybersecurity strategic plans.
- Develops and interprets policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Defines and manages information technology (IT) and/or cybersecurity related programs and/or projects, or other area of responsibility.
