    In this position, you will serve as Administrative Specialist.Typical work assignments include:

    • Coordinate executive secretariat assignments and workflows and ensures timely and accurate task submission.
    • Maintain office records and documentation in accordance with record management file plan and office requirements and policies.
    • Researches information needed for effective administrative operations for the office.
    • Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), guidance, daily and weekly reports, as well as provide recommendations.
    • Schedules and coordinates meetings, to include arranging logistics, developing agendas and preparing minutes.
    • Provides administrative support for EA senior managers as requested, including calendar management and logistical support.
    • Prepares correspondence, reports, daily binders, spreadsheets and other documents.
    • Submits, coordinates and follows up with Human Capital, Procurement, IT, Facilities, Records Management and/or Administrative Services on requests for service and support.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
