    This position is located in the Department of Health And Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Child Care, located in Atlanta, Georgia and Seattle, Washington.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for the implementation and oversight of administration of the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) program that includes providing
    guidance and designing technical assistance to support States, Territories and Tribes.

    Provides oversight to grantees to assure compliance with statute and rules and works to identify, research, and analyze statutory and regulatory issues related to grantee child care programs.

    Prepares a variety of position papers, briefing documents, data fact sheets, and other materials concerning grantee child care programs under the auspices of OCC.

    Develops program guidance, special reports related to oversight and accountability, and guidelines concerning the ongoing operations of the CCDF program.
    Prepares and delivers oral briefings or presentations on child care issues and concerns, as appropriate, to other staff, supervisors, higher-level officials, and
    outside organizations.

    Represents OCC at national, regional, and State conferences, professional meetings, symposia, and seminars.

    Travel Required

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel for this position.
