    • Drive Technology initiatives and processes, and provide full life cycle management of technology capabilities related to the Agency business priorities.
    • Responsible for leading and supervising teams in support of: performing business analysis and understanding business capability requirements; documenting and achieving approval for technology projects; ensuring investing planning and governance compliance.
    • Provides customer service to a myriad of stakeholders and business partners; and supporting business and technology transformation.
    • Manages projects and implements solutions based on cost, schedule, and performance metrics; ensuring enterprise architecture, data management, cybersecurity, risk management and records management compliance.
