    This position is located in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Legal Division Front Office. The incumbent will serve as the principle with responsibility for the oversight of a wide variety of procurement, budget, and office operational services across the Legal Division Offices.

    Responsibilities

    As a Project Manager, you will:
    -Assist with the management and coordination of the Legal Division’s procurement portfolio to include: developing acquisition plans and strategies for all Legal Division procurements, drafting Statements of Work and other acquisition documents, developing cost and budget estimates, liaising with financial and procurement offices in all acquisition matters, and participating in market research and supporting source selection activities and evaluations.
    -Develop short and long-term acquisition strategies and associated procurement roadmap that supports the Legal Division’s strategic plan and priorities; ensures alignment to division’s budget and hiring allocations and requests.
    -Gather data and create reports to assist management in developing budget recommendations.
    -Establish and maintain division records to monitor and track obligations and expenditures against budget allocations in coordination with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer.      
    -Provide regular updates of budget status, identifying potential problem areas, and recommends actions to address Legal Division needs.
