As a Supervisory Program Manager, you will:
- Staff, performs full range of supervisory and managerial duties, establishes goals, objectives, and plans for the division, identifies training needs, and determines and plans work to be executed by the staff.
- Responsible for fleet management and reporting requirements to the Department of Treasury and the General Services Administration. Submits vehicle lease requests to the Department of Treasury for authorization.
- Designated as the Property Management Officer. Responsible for personal property management and reporting requirements to the Department of Treasury and the General Services Administration.
- Responsible for implementing policies and procedures for the Space Management Program to include all service requests for space changes, transfers, relocation or additions.
- Responsible for and maintains the Maintenance Planning and Management Information Systems and coordination of facility planning from the time work is received.
The experience may have been gained in either the public or private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as ALL of the following:
-Developing and evaluating program plans for an organization; AND
-Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organization standards.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
