Oversees a variety of administrative support programs such as FOIA, records management, property inventory and annual data calls. Responsible for managing various programs as assigned, and assists with regional programs and other special events including, but not limited to, Hotline Operations, International Notifications, NASAO meetings, all-hands meetings etc.
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10-11. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience may include but not limited to: overseeing multiple programs by providing administrative support such as budget, personnel, performance planning, directives and records training, and policies and procedures.; experience that demonstrates the ability to monitor and report on the status of assignments, and perform purchase credit cardholder responsibilities.
