Specialized Experience: In order to qualify based on experience your resume must describe, at least one year of specialized experience at the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) level in the Federal Service that includes the ability to: 1) Review and/or advise on cybersecurity policy and guidance to establish appropriate organization wide cybersecurity management structure and related business processes, procedures and practices; 2) Evaluate the effectiveness of IT policy and security measures to ensure cybersecurity program(s) information security requirements; 3) Consult and/or assist with cybersecurity risk assessment efforts to streamline IT processes; and 4) Brief management on evolving technology vulnerabilities to determine or meet security requirements.
The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02 or (GS-11) equivalent.
