As a Supervisory National Bank Examiner/ Bank Examiner (Large Bank Team Lead) with emphasis in Capital Markets, you will:
Assist the EIC in developing quarterly risk assessments and supervisory strategies of the bank including plans to effect corrective action(s) and programs to monitor progress. Develops objectives, plans and resource strategies to achieve OCC's business goals and priorities.
Direct a team of field examiners. Leads, motivates, and develops a staff of employees. Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work of the staff. Monitors the progress of assignments, evaluates training/ developmental needs, and makes arrangements for training as appropriate. Provide advice and counsel to workers related to work and administrative matters. Recommend/ take personnel decisions regarding hiring, promotions, and adverse action.
You must meet the following requirements within 60 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VI band level. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
