The major duties include but are not limited to:
Oversees, guides, manages and integrates supply chain operations across the organization;
Plans and coordinates fiscal, acquisition, clinical and administrative operations;
Establishes, monitors, and manages the performance and measurement of logistics functions for all aspects of the supply chain;
Conducts logistics audits, compliance reviews, and program effectiveness/efficiency reviews;
Manages all activities involved in the supply chain management to include sourcing, procurement, and logistics management activities;
Responsible for linking major business functions and processes within the organization into a cohesive and high performing business model;
Identifies specific requirements for money, manpower, material, facilities, and services needed
Forecasts planning and budget execution for supplies, subsistence, durable medical equipment, medical gases, expendable/non-expendable and capital equipment, inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation and distribution;
Leads and/or participates in regular meetings, ensuring logistics needs and requirements are being met;
Performs the full range of supervisory responsibilities to include but not limited to plans, organizes, and assigns work; balances workload; makes selections for subordinate positions; performance evaluation; provides advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters; hears and resolves minor complaints and grievances; identifies staff training needs, etc.; and,
Performs all other duties as assigned.
