    Summary

    You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FAST COMBAT SUPPORT SHIPS (PM62), FLEET ORDNANCE AND DRY DOCK AND CARGO SHIPS of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

    Responsibilities

    • You will maintains liaison with Ship?s Program Managers, Project Officers, Functional Directorates, MSC Field Activities, and appropriate Navy and DOD agencies on matters pertaining to ships of the Combat Logistics Force.
    • You will conducts projects and studies which require quantitative and/or qualitative analysis of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive ship?s mission-oriented programs
    • You will review and development of shipboard and shore side policy, plans, budgets, and procedures
    • You will evaluation of ships operational status and material condition
    • You will maintenance and repair, and costs of operating ships, Shipboard supply support, regulatory requirements, certifications, manning
    • You will development of planning budgets and phased execution
    • You will execute the Submission of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue papers, spreadsheets and other exhibit
    • You will conduct analysis of effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, and maintain mission readiness.
    • You will ensure ships' capabilities remain current as mission requirements evolve and promote maximum utilization of ships within the Combat Logistics Force.
