    The primary purpose of this position is to plan, implement, administer and counsel units and leadership on individual, family, and community issues on the Family Readiness Program in the Air Force Reserve.

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as the principal advisor to the Commander on human services matters.
    • Establishes, implements, and manages career, transition, relocation, and family work and life services and activities to include information and referral (I/R) services.
    • Establishes and implements policy planning effecting family readiness and coordinates and integrates family programs among on-and off -base agencies.
    • Designs and establishes marketing strategy and public relations programs to ensure target populations are informed of services and programs.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
