    • Collection and analysis of electronically stored information (ESI) to be used to discover facts relevant to litigation matters. Process also is referred to as e-discovery.
    • Receives, protects, and manages data collections for Legal Holds.
    • Robust use of the following systems and services: Remedy, DecryptNaBox, ArcSight Logger, ForcePoint Web Logger, AWARS, and ROBOCOPY. Must be able to learn all systems, prior knowledge is a plus.
    • Works with customers in a friendly manner. Most customers are attorneys, inspectors, or investigators. These customers do not work in IT and need the information broken down and explained in a courteous, sometimes sensitive manner.
    • Works as a liaison between General Counsel, Human Resources, and Inspectors General
    • Conducts preliminary analysis and identification of suspected PII incidents, initiates preliminary response actions, incident analysis, response and recovery efforts, and completes post incident analysis.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
