    • You will operates as a subject matter expert or Project/Program manager.
    • You will responsible for program development and/or oversight of a major NAVAIR level or Component/Command level program.
    • You will advises on, administers, or performs professional, scientific, or technical work concerned with engineering or architectural projects, facilities, structures, systems, processes, equipment, devices, material or methods.
    • You will l determine the direction of the technical work subject only to administrative review
    • You will apply knowledge of the science or art, or both, by which materials, natural resources, and powers are made useful.
