    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Cybersecurity Management Officer is a dual-role acting as the Chief of Staff with in the Cybersecurity Office as well as providing direct support to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The position provides office operations management and governance for the three functional areas of the CISO: Statutory requirements of the CISO, Cybersecurity Office Director support, and Career Service Occupational Manager support. The position interacts directly with functional and business unit leadership to set strategic direction in alignment with business objectives and priorities. The role is also responsible for strategic workforce initiatives and oversees the architecture alignment efforts. The position influences and communicates effectively to optimize Cybersecurity workflows and processes. The dedicated management provided through the Cybersecurity Management Officer/Chief of Staff is critical to establishing comprehensive office operations allowing the CISO to function on higher-value activities. The Cybersecurity Management Officer/Chief of Staff develops and communicate goals that support the CISO/TS strategy, vision, and goals. It oversees management of all taskers and staff actions assigned to the Cybersecurity Office, corporate contracts, physical seating assignments, administrative support, awards programs, employee performance reviews, Cybersecurity Occupation Travel & Training; to include oversight for Cybersecurity purchase card and Authorizing officials throughout the Key Component.
