As a principal advisor to the Director, the Associate Director for HR Solutions will implement the OPM's initiatives for strategic human resource management, competitive sourcing programs, e-government initiatives, integration of budget and performance goals, and improved financial performance within the area of responsibility for products and services, by providing high quality, timely, and cost effective services and solutions to Federal agencies, job seekers, and employees.
