    You will serve as a Computer Scientist in the Undersea Systems Acquisition and Assessment Division in the Test and
    Evaluation Department of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.

    Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for the development, completion, maintenance, documentation, databasing, distribution, and presentation of undersea vehicle raw data, analysis and analysis tools.
    • You will apply technical skills to the development of undersea system analysis automated tools.
    • You will identify where tools and infrastructure need to be enhanced and modernized, utilizing current and future technologies.
    • You will prepare quick look evaluations, analysis reports, and schedules as required to complete project assignments, and provide an assessment of results to customers in a professional and timely manner.
    • You will ensure tools meet functional requirements throughout the lifecycle development, and conform to applicable configuration management protocols.
    • You will apply methodologies associated with big data analytics/Data Sciences involving structured and unstructured databases, and machine learning.
    • You will perform special studies investigating current and/or historic in-water run data and provide assessment of results to customers in a professional and timely manner.
