    Iowa City Veterans Affairs Medical Center is recruiting for a full time Interventional Radiologist. This position will include a major role in teaching residents and medical students in the practice of diagnostic peripheral angiography and vascular interventional radiology in a full service interventional lab.

    Responsibilities

    Qualifications include board eligible or board certified interventional radiologist with eligibility for ABR special competency certification. Applicants should have demonstrated ability in research, teaching and clinical medicine. Salary is based on the applicant's qualifications and responsibilities. The position will include a major role in teaching residents and medical students in the practice of diagnostic peripheral angiography and vascular interventional radiology in a full service interventional lab. The successful candidate should be skilled in all aspects of interventional radiology and fluoroscopic procedures and willing, as well, to fill in when needed in general Radiology interpreting MRI, CT, general radiographs, and Ultrasound.

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, On-call required
