    • This position is in the Food and Drug Administration, Center for Veterinary Medicine, Office of the Center Director, Freedom of Information Team in Rockville, Maryland.
    • The incumbent will conduct legal analysis of CVM and Agency records to determine whether documents can be released in litigation or in response to third-party subpoenas.
    • The incumbent will prepare responses to information requests from stakeholders while ensuring compliance with established CVM/FDA regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • The incumbent will also provide advice and guidance to senior management and stakeholders on information requests involving litigation disclosure.
