    The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is the principal advisor to the Under Secretary and Director on the application of information technology (IT) to support and improve the Agency’s business processes. The Office of Organizational Policy and Governance (OPG) provide management oversight of enterprise Information Technology (IT) strategic policy and activity at the agency-level. This position is located in the System Configuration & Delivery Automation Division (SCDAD) that is responsible for all aspects of Continuous Integration (CI), Configuration Management (CM) and Continuous Delivery (CD).

    This position will serve as an IT specialist responsible for…

    •Reviewing and recommending solutions, approaches, architectures, and technologies to address DevSecOps needs.

    •Planning, performing, and reviewing DevSecOps technical efforts to ensure their compliance with operational requirements.

    •Serving as technical advisor on multiple IT systems relating to architecture, integration, component or object oriented design. •Developing and integrating new processes, techniques, and procedures to solve problems.

    •Monitoring the current DevSecOps/continuous delivery platform to identify potential risks.

    •Assessing the potential impact of emergent technologies.

    •Conducting investigations to explore new technologies and strategic business opportunities.

    •Collaborating with other architecture disciplines on delivering DevSecOps, continuous integration, delivery strategies, and providing technical expertise.
