1.This position supervises conducts cyber-security information assurance functions for the organization. The incumbent shall comply with the requirements of the certification program and will be required to obtain and maintain certification. Certification requirements are outlined in DoD Instruction 8570.01-M
2. Work may require access to classified information. Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.
3. The incumbent of this position description must have, at a minimum, a completed National Agency Check (NAC) prior to position assignment.
4. Irregular and overtime (compensatory) hours may be required to support operational requirements or contingencies.
5. The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments.
6. This position is designated as Essential Personnel and may be subject to duty in preparation for, or in response to, a state emergency or disaster declaration. This designation will not exceed 14 calendar days per year unless otherwise approved in advance by TAG.

Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
