The Senior Counsel for Litigation will represent the United States in complex and high-profile antitrust cases, work closely with case investigation and trial teams, and advise the Assistant Attorney General on potential enforcement actions and litigation.

This appointment is in the Excepted Service, and is subject to a one-year trial period in accordance with 5 CFR 316.304.
