    About the Position:

    This position is with Headquarters, US Army Corps of Engineers, Directorate of Human Resources, Duty Location: Dallas, Texas.

    This position will be filled on a permanent basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as consultant and advisor on all human resources management/administration issues within the Division.
    • Provides recommendations, and maintain currency of HR program developments, regulations, and procedures for the Division.
    • Participates in one or more command-wide HR initiatives or areas of expertise in the full range of life cycle human resources management functions.
    • Performs formal on-site review of HR operations using staff team members to evaluate program effectiveness, timeliness, and conformance with policies and directives.
    • Works jointly with the HR Director and regional leadership in shaping the people, process, and communications vision and strategic plans for the Division.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Less than 10% Business may be required for this position.
