    Responsibilities

      At GSA, our Realty Specialist  will learn  the basic scope and foundation of real estate work.  Such work involves assisting higher grade specialists and performing a limited range of one or more of the following functions:  acquisition, real estate administration, and/or federal space management. Some of your duties will include:

    1. Assist in preparing and maintaining current acquisition plans and strategies.
    2. Assist in identifying customer space requirements.
    3. Prepare and maintain space management and assignment documents for routine transactions.
    4. Update and maintain real estate data within systems used to track and administer procurement and billing information.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Occasional travel may be required.
