    This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command.

    It is in the Supervision/Managerial Work Category at the Senior Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA OC/INFRASTRUCTURE DIRECTORATE .

    • Plan work to be accomplished by subordinate, sets and adjust priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.
    • Assigns work based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the assignment and the capabilities of employees.
    • Identify, quantify and translate advanced methodologies and techniques into versatile, reliable, survivable, and secure processes and systems to meet DISA?s critical needs.
    • Participate in defining information system integration, performs assessments that balance the inter-relation of business processes, long-range information systems planning, and technology acquisitions.
    • Direct and lead discussions with Federal government agencies, the intelligence community, DoD CIO, COCOMs, the military services, and DISA senior leaders on the adoption of enterprise services and products.
