    As an IT Specialist, you will function as an Agile Software Developer, responsible for developing internal- and external-facing software components

    Actively engages in Agile planning and contributes to strategic and tactical planning sessions; develops prototypes and minimally viable products (MVPs) from brainstorming sessions.  Responsible for leveraging modern cloud and web technologies across multiple platforms to define and oversee the delivery of innovative, reusable, enterprise applications and services that result in improved productivity and operational efficiency.  Works closely with the customers and team, developing new services or existing services to expand the project’s software and data capabilities.  Responsible for creating architecture designs, models and diagrams that logically depict information flows, integration and interactions between system and sub-system components and complete comprehensive application architecture designs and solutions that meet the business and functional requirements of the application.  Serves as a coordinator and representative for GSA for major project issues and meetings involving other internal and external organizations, and provides advice, comments, and recommendations as appropriate.
