    As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems), your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Serve as a Branch Chief in HRSAID with responsibility for the oversight, program and project management of NIH efforts related to HR systems and technologies, HR information management, HR analytics and business process management.
    • Supervises and/or leads multiple programs and project teams and performs full range of supervisory functions.
    • Lead initiatives which include but are not limited to the Process Optimization Program (POP), Core Systems, Talent Management Systems, Analytics, Workflow Systems, Systems Support, Information Management, Data Management, and Web Technologies.
    • Prepare and defend funding requests to support development and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and solutions to support HR business needs
    • Serve as an expert for HR information systems and solutions
    • Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for HR information systems and integration with other technologies/systems.
    • Engage with a variety of customers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Foster a creative and safe environment conducive to organizational agility and innovation.
