    The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Protocol Officer in planning, coordinating, and scheduling activities and events for the AFRC Commander and Staff; and to provide the full range of administrative support for the Protocol Office.

    • Accomplishes recurring and special reports, documents, correspondence and other material.
    • Assist the Protocol Officer with planning, developing, and implementing a proactive protocol and distinguished visitor program that supports command goals and objectives.
    • Manages the day-to-day administrative and clerical duties of the Command protocol office.
    • Uses multiple office automation software to include word processing, spreadsheets, data base, project management, graphic design and management information systems.
    • Uses advanced functions of word processing software to create, format, modify, edit and print a variety of reports and other textual documents.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
