    Summary

    You will serve as a INTERDISCIPLINARY in the MINE WARFARE DEPARTMENT, MARITIME HOMELAND DEFENSE SUPPORT DIVISION of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.

    Responsibilities

    • You will lead in the development and maintenance of Mine Warfare (MIW) environmental databases pertaining to ports and harbors in support of homeland defense.
    • You will coordinate, plan and executes complex studies relating to physical environments of ports and harbors that directly affect MIW operations.
    • You will plan, implement, and perform special analysis and product generation from these data for the fleet, specifically the Mine Warfare community.
    • You will participate in MIW exercises to provide technical assistance, database support, data processing support, and to provide training.

    Travel Required

    50% or less - You may be expected to travel for this position.
