As the Human Resources Specialist for the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights, you will be responsible for providing quality customer and consultative service, expert technical advice and assistance to management related to employee and labor relations.

This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
The selected candidate may participate in the Federal Employees Health Benefits program, with costs shared with your employer. Life insurance coverage is also provided. If you are transferring from another federal agency and covered by CSRS, you may continue in this program. You will earn annual leave and sick leave. You MUST be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and a criminal background check will be performed on the selected candidate.
