    As a Student Trainee (Law) you will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing the following legal and administrative support activities:

    • Handling research requests from senior staff on issues regarding the registrability of trademarks under the Trademark Act (Lanham Act);
    • Researching and drafting legal memos on questions arising from new case law;
    • Researching issues presented in cases before the administrative board; and
    • Other duties as assigned.
