    Serve as project manager of spectrum-sharing projects administered by the National Advanced Spectrum and Communications Test Network (NASCTN). Provide project oversight of NASCTN projects, including cost, schedule, performance, development of project plans, risk management, legal agreements with government and private-sector organizations, procurements, and coordination of test facilities and engineering resources. Evaluate and refine NASCTN administrative processes. Help identify and build teams required to execute projects. Manage day to day project needs and team progress.

    Occasional travel - Conference attendance, visit sponsors and collaborators
