    • Test/analyze potentially hazardous materials, components, & systems including Composite Pressure Systems, Critical Systems and Materials Flight Acceptance, Hypervelocity Impacts, Oxygen Systems, Propellants & Aerospace Fluids, and Propulsion Systems.
    • Perform materials properties determination, materials compatibility and toxicity analyses, detonation studies, flight article outgassing characterization, systems analysis, orbital debris impact simulation testing, and propellant characterization.
    • Assess material or component compatibility and use, develop test methods, understand material-fluid interaction, and assess hazards associated with a given materials use in hazardous environments.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Travel may be required for training or other work-related duties
