Provides sound advice and support to all levels regarding approaches for administrative and resource management issues, various and administrative management procedures and guidelines, and other subjects requiring application for consistency throughout the ATO.
Performs multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of the director, group manager, project/program manager, or more experienced professional.
Applies experience and advanced knowledge of administration program support and management of organization to plan and accomplish assignments.
Works across functional and/or organizational lines.
Tracks and analyzes data to ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
Provides guidance to less-experienced professionals in day-to-day operations;
Identifies, analyzes, and recommending solutions for complex/difficult problems; and
Recommends improvements to administrative systems and processes.
Serves as the directorate E2 travel arranger/reviewer; monitors Long Term Per Diem expenditures; initiates CASTLE Time & Attendance (T&A) additions/removals. Reviews directorates Labor Distribution Report (LDR) report; monitors directorate Government Purchase Card transitions; routes personnel actions to Office of Human Resources for processing; collects and analyze data to ensure compliance with policy/procedures. Prepares Purchase Requisitions (PR) to procure software, office supplies and reoccurring training as needed to fulfill organizational requirements. Initiates PR's, monitors, and tracks the approval process for each PR through the PRISM system.
Resolves most problems without the intervention from management and/or more experienced professional.

Implements administrative polices, standard operating procedures, and approaches to day-to-day operations. This includes refining administrative processes; documenting work flow and work procedures; and other administrative tasks: taking into consideration FAA policies, government-wide rules/regulations, and industry standards.
Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (FG/GS-11/FV-G) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
