If selected for the Contract Specialist position, the incumbent will be responsible for cradle-to-grave contract activities for actions typically under the commercial item threshold. The incumbent will work collaboratively with IMLS staff to procure supplies and services that may require specialized provisions, terms and conditions, and advises technical personnel on the development of their requirements document.
