    • Supervise and manage the Resident office and assigned staff as the Resident Engineer.
    • Forecast workload and make staffing recommendations to assure that the oversight of assigned missions can be accomplished efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage the Quality Assurance activities, and Contract Administration of assigned projects
    • Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative on some contracts.
    • Responsible for Military projects which involves a wide range of assignments from single building-single purpose facilities to multiple story-multiple use, family housing units
    • Responsible for Civil Works projects activities which include various flood damage reduction projects, wetlands mitigation, as well as support to Corps lake projects.
    • Responsible for HTRW projects which include remediation of environmental concerns on active military installations or formerly used defense sites.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel up to 5% for this position.
